Episode One:

Generic entrance. Steve Corino came out and was introduced as color commentator. Jimmy Jacobs entailed. Jay Lethal comes out limping and cut a promo against Kevin Steen, sauying they should have beat SCUM at the iPPV and he questioned Steen’s loyalty to ROH. However, Jimmy jumped Lethal and targeted his injured leg.

1. Jimmy Jacobs defeated Jay Lethal.

Nigel cut a promo to announce the No. 1 contender. He mentioned Michael Elgin and the American Wolves. Mark Brisco interrupted and said he wants a shot at the title in a brother vs. brother match at Best in the World. Nigel said he’d think about it.

2. Rhett Titus and Cliff Compton beat Cedric Alexander and Caprice Coleman.

3. Adam Cole beat Kevin Steen. Cliff Compton and Jimmy Jacobs interfered, which led to Cole getting the win.

Episode Two:

1. Mark Brisco beat Colin Delaney. Brisco won with froggy bow.

Nigel came out to confirm the ROH Title match at Best in the World. He made Jay Briscoe vs. Mark Briscoe official.

The American Wolves came out and interrupted Nigel, stating one of them will win the title before Best in the World. Steve Corino interrupted and pushed for Matt Hardy. A scuffle ensued. Michael Elgin stood on the ramp and wants the title too.

2. Cherry Bomb beat Mschif.

3. Roderick Strong defeated Taiji Ishimori. Strong beat Ishimori with a 450.

Intermission.

Episode Three:

1. Cedric Alexander and Caprice Coleman defeated TD Thomas and ACH, and QT Marshall and R.D. Evans to become No. 1 contenders to the ROH Tag Titles. Alexander and Coleman will challenge for the ROH Tag Titles at Best in the World.

2. Jay Lethal defeated BJ Whitmer and Mike Bennett to become No. 1 contender to the ROH TV Title. Lethal won with the Lethal Injection on Whitmer. Lethal will challenge at Best in the World.

Episode Four:

1. Matt Taven defeated Pepper Parks in a Proving Ground match.

2. Tommaso Ciampa beat Rip Impact.

3. The American Wolves (Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards) defeated The Briscoes.

First episode. (Will air next week)

Nigel Leads the faces of ROH to the Ring. Nigel terms this the dawn of a new era.

Honor has been restored. Honor lives.

Nigel Introduces the new ROH Champ. Jay Briscoe to a monster pop.

Puts over the fans. Jay says he has always been proud of being part of the greatest company in the world. Gives a recap of this scum takeover

Jay plans on holding the title for a long time.

Cole-Jay interaction. Cole says he is the future of pro wrestling. Says he ends briscoes reign in Toronto.

Cole walks out the ring. Heelish tendencies shown by Cole.

Alabama Attitude vs QT Marshall/Evans (Marshall/Evans win a fun match)

Mondo out for a match. Roderick Strong out to say why everyone is getting roh world title shots and he isn’t getting one. Strong runs down mondo pier 6 brawl. Very impressive mic work from Strong.

5 way scramble for a future ROH TV title shot at Border Wars. (Mondo vs Coleman vs Alexander vs Mark Briscoe vs Whitmer) winner and new #1 contender for the ROH TV title Mark Briscoe.

Second Episode
Kevin Steen kicks us off. Corino out. Scum out. Steen singles out hardy. Says he’s the only scum member he doesn’t want apart of this.

Scum attacks steen. Hardy ends it with a twist of fate on Steen.

Roderick Strong vs Mike Bennett (Mike Mondo on Commentary) Strong wins , Mondo attacks strong after the match.

Jorge Santi vs Tadarius Thomas , match got off to a hot start. But here comes Scum. Gore to Santi. Scum getting massive pops

Corino says Were never gonna see steen again. That brings out Nigel. Lethal and Elgin come out to get rid of scum.

Elgin/Lethal vs 2 members of scum if scum wins Hardy gets a World title shot, Corino also wants to be at commentary every week. Corino says if scum gets another title shot and fail they will leave ROH. Nigel agrees.

So that’s Elgin/Lethal vs Scum at border wars. Scum wins hardy gets a title shot.

ACH vs Taven for the TV title. Mark Briscoe on commentary. Taven retains.

Episode 3
Scum starts us off. Jacobs/Compton/Titus vs C&C/Whitmer (Corino on commentary) Scum gets the win after Titus hits Whitmer with a Chain. Elgin/lethal out to make the save.

Lethal disappointed with what Titus did by turning his back on ROH. Challenges Titus to a match. Titus accepts.

Titus vs Lethal. Titus working his second match not even mins apart.(Jay Lethal picks up the win).

Lethal promises Scum dies at border wars.

Contract signing for Cole vs Briscoe at border wars. Here comes Scum.

Scum interrupting the contract signing leads to Cole/Briscoe vs Hardy/Rhyno (Cole/Briscoe win).

Cole/Briscoe with a staredown to end it.

4th episode.
Prince nana will be on commentary

Machine Gun Karl Anderson vs Michael Elgin kicks us off. (machine gun picks up the win in one hell of a match.)

Woman of honor match. MsChif vs ?
Veda Scott interferes. DQ finish.

Main event. Kyle O’Riley vs Davey Richards. Fish on commentary, Edwards at ringside.

Richards gets the win in one of the best matches you’ll see.

Getting word that it appears Jay will not be in action due to his arm situation. His arm is still in a sling.

Production note: they removed the ringside seats from the section in front of the hard cam. Not sure why but this may play into the tapings.

Episode 1
All non scum roster and referees on the apron as they prepare for the start of episode 1.

Nigel came out and apparently said, “Shit just got real.This is the start of the war.” Basically saying they are still standing and that they still believe in this company. They also announced the Cole vs Hardy match where the winner will face Taven for the TV title at the iPPV Supercard of Honor. It was also mentioned by our correspondent that it seems like many people could be getting chances to fight for the title for Supercard of Honor including Jay Lethal and BJ Whitmer and some other names. Michael Elgin vs Jay Lethal was also signed but not sure of when. Scum was banned for episode one, Nigel said they’d be let back in “next week”.

Hoopla time with new ROH TV Champ Matt Taven, Scarlette and Val Malone. Truth Martini says Matt Taven is more important than Kevin Steen. Matt Taven then “whipped it out” (the title) and then the girls took off their pants. (Cruise said ROH had no idea that would happen, and apologized.)

Episode 2

Jay lethal on commentary. Elgin and Lethal argued at ringside post match.

Colt Cabana chant breaks out in the downtime. Charlie Haas came out and talks about how he carried Shelton for ten years. Looks like Shelton Benjamin vs Charlie Haas could occur on the iPPV. Calls out anyone and Grizzly answers

* Charlie Haas def Grizzly Redwood via submission. Haas wouldn’t break the Haas of Pain and Mike Mondo came out to run him off.

Veda Scott interviewed Mondo. He said he is back but then SCUM hit the ring. They hold Veda as a hostage as they demand a SCUM show next week. This would be for the 3rd episode. They do get their wish and it was interesting to note that Steen was not a part of this segment. Corino introduced Matt Hardy who entered through an alternate path a la Aces and Eights.

Adam Cole def Matt Hardy via dq when Rhino gores Cole
A DDP Yoga chant was started at Hardy during this match. A huge roster brawl occurred after this match and ROH seemingly stood tall leading into next week where SCUM runs the show.

Episode 3

ROH World Champion Kevin Steen is out. Before he could speak Jay Briscoe came out and indeed it will be Jay Briscoe vs Kevin Steen for the title in NY for the iPPV. Steen says, “as for as scum goes….” Corino interrupts though before he could finish his sentence. It will be Steen vs. Mark Briscoe for the title at the Asheville show.

* Rhett Titus and Cliff Compton def Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander after Jimmy Rave and Jimmy Jacobs interfere.

* Jimmy Jacobs def Mike Mondo with a roll up using the ropes.

* Rhino, Matt Hardy, and Steve Corino (in a suit, because he gave Steen the night off) def Jay Lethal, Michael Elgin, and BJ Whitmer with a Twist of Fate on BJ.
All of SCUM came out and handcuffed Lethal and Elgin. 3 on 1 on Whitmer. Jay Briscoe came out as ROH recovered in the ring and said that at the iPPV, ROH kills SCUM

The match is on the afternoon card so the match doesn’t conflict but fans who wanted to attend the evneing show most likely won’t be able to stay at NPWD if they want to go to the TV tapings.

Starts with a Lethal/Steen in ring confrontation. Lethal says that to destroy ROH, he has to destroy Lethal who is honorable clearly trying to get Steen to change his mind. Steen accepts so it’s look like we will get Steen versus Lethal in the future.

Episode #1 Taping

- Sara Del Rey beat Mia Yim after an Axe Kick. Maria and Mike Bennett were on the attack afterward. Eddie Edwards made the save.

– Truth Martini called out Jim Cornette. Truth said the House of Truth should take out Steen, Jacobs, and Corino. Eddie Edwards came out mid-promo and said he should be #1 contender. Rhino vs. Edwards in an Anything Goes match is set up, with the winner facing the World champion at the Death Before Dishonor X Internet PPV.

- Rhino beat Eddie Edwards in an Anything Goes Match. Rhino won via referee stoppage after a Gore through a table. So, Rhino vs. the ROH champ (currently Steen) for the ROH Title in Chicago on September 15.

- ROH World champion Kevin Steen beat Homicide to retain the ROH Title. Steen won after a low blow behind the ref’s back and then an F5. Rhino came out post-match to pose.

Episode #2 Taping

- Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander beat the Young Bucks in a Tag Title tournament First Round match. C&C won with a second rope huracanrana and frog splash combo.

– Charlie Haas came out for promo. He called out Jim Cornette and said that he and Shelton Benjamin should be the tag champs. Rhett Titus came out mid-promo, then Charlie and Rhett entered the tournament as partners. They say when they win, they will fight each other for the belts.

- Q.T. Marshall beat Tadarius Thomas after an Alabama Slam.

- Mike Mondo won a Six-Man Mayhem match to face the TV champion at DBDX on September 15. The match was Mondo vs. Mike Bennett vs. T.J. Perkins vs. Tomasso Ciampa vs. Roderick Strong vs. Jay Lethal. Mondo won after a Double Arm DDT on Bennett.

Episode #3 Taping

- Steve Corino & Jimmy Jacobs beat the Bravado Brothers in a Tag Title tournament First Round match. Jacobs and Corino said that Cornette made them put up their ROH contracts if they were to compete. So, if they lose any match in this tournament, they will leave ROH.

– Guardians of Truth then attacked Jacobs & Corino post-match. Steen makes the save. Rhino then came out and hit the Gore on Steen.

- Matt Taven vs. Jay Lethal ended in a No Contest most likely. Lethal cuts a promo saying he talked to Cornette about getting a World Title shot, but Cornette’s response was that he didn’t have a “killer instinct.” Jay then low-blowed Taven at the start of the match. He then hit the Lethal Injection on the referee, who wasn’t Turner or Sinclair.

- Rhett Titus & Charlie Haas beat the Guardians of Truth in a Tag Title tournament First Round match. Titus won with a roll-up on one of the Guardians. Corino and Jacobs attacked the Guardians post-match.

Episode #4 Taping

- The Briscoes beat BLK OUT (Jeez & Ruckus) in a Tag Title tournament First Round match. Briscoes won with a Frog Elbow Drop on Ruckus.

- Mike Sydal beat Mike Bennett via count-out after Mike Mondo came to ringside and kissed Maria (lucky guy) and Mike Bennett chased him to the back.

- Tomasso Ciampa beat Mike Posey. R.D. Evans was on commentary. He was attacked by Prince Nana and Ciampa made the save.

- ROH TV champion Adam Cole vs. “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin ended in a No Contest; Cole retained the TV Title. The No Contest was a result of ref Sinclair getting hit by Cole when being powerbombed. Guardians of Truth, who were at ringside, were attacked by Steen, Corino, and Jacobs. Rhino then attacked Steen. The episode ended with Elgin and Roddy getting in each other’s faces, teasing an Elgin face turn. They didn’t fight, but it’s clear they aren’t a cohesive unit any more.

– Four teams advancing to semi-finals of ROH Tag Title tournament: Briscoes, Haas & Titus, Steve Corino & Jimmy Jacobs, and Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander.

Adam Cole and Eddie Edwards def Brutal Bob and Mike Bennett with Cole’s crossbody. After the match, Maria slapped Cole, and SARA DEL REY returns to even the sides.

ROH World Title Match: Kevin Steen def Mike Mondo to retain title. Jimmy Jacobs attacks Mondo and EDDIE KINGSTON saves Mondo. He wants a piece of Steen.

Rhino w/ Truth Martini def some jobber.

Tomasso Ciampa def Mike Sydal via Project Ciampa. Before the match, Nana took an air raid crash from Ciampa. RD Evans was spared.

Briscoes def Guardians of Truth with a roll up. Roderick Strong and Rhino attacked the Briscoes post match. No Elgin.

Mike Bennett def Lance Storm in their third and final match. Maria interfered and a steel chair was involved. Sara Del Rey and Eddie Edwards saved Lance Storm.

Kyle O’reilly def Matt Taven via armbreaker

The Bravados def Michael Elgin and Roderick Strong via roll up from Harlem on Strong, who worked most of the match. Still major dissention in the H.O.T.

Dark Matches

1. Ricky Reyes over Grizzly Redwood. Ricky wins a good match in five. Cameras were rolling but I think it was dark.

Veda Scott out doing crowd work asking for people who are here for their first show, shilling merch. The show started late due to audio problems.

TV Taping For March 17 show

1. Adam Cole defeated Chris Silvio. Silvio won’t shake. Cole won in five. Cross armed german. Way too competitive. Kyle O’Reilly was on commentary. He got on the mic and challenged Cole for March 31. Cole says he has PMS and accepts. O’Reilly was a total heel.

Kevin Steen was interview by Kevin Kelly and had a tennis racket with Davey on it. He remixed his music to have wolf howl from Davey’s music added. He talked about Blind Destiny match with Eddie Edwards. Total face reaction. He said he’ll win the title and hold company hostage, and Cornette will kiss his feet, ass, and balls. Jim Cornette out. Steen did three 1/2 pushups to mock Cornette, saying they were more than Cornette has ever done. He announced El Generico vs. Steen on 3/30. He took his sweet time getting to the point, but he reiterated the piledriver ban. Steen messed up a couple times and called Cornette an idiot. He said anyone who gets in his way will be taken out, including Cornette, and poked him with racket.

2. Jay Lethal beat Roderick Strong (w/Truth Martini) in a March Mayhem Qualifier. Lethal came out without his ROH TV Title. “Black Machismo” chant turned to “Let’s Go Lethal.” Choreographed indie sequence of mutual respect and parity (or CISOMRAP). Strong still seemed to be recruiting. Truth’s interference was botched. Michael Elgin’s interference was botched. A rollup win for Lethal. Very very good 15 minute match. Roddy was very mad at Truth and Elgin, and left without them. Jay is getting better and better each month.

- Cornette came out to talk to the crowd between shows.

March 24 TV Taping

- Cornette interviewed Roderick (w/Truth and Elgin), Eddie Edwards (big pop), and Davey Richards (mixed, lots of heckling). Davey says he’s not sure he can trust Eddie. Eddie was pissed that Davey compared him to a prick like Roddy, who said he’s sorry they had a bad breakup and said Elgin will give him his match at 3/31. Elgin didn’t seem to agree, but Jay came out and called Roddy a butt-munch (chant) and a fart-head. He said he deserves Roddy’s spot after winning last week and he’ll start taking what he deserves.

Out came Kevin Steen with wolf intro in his music. He said he’s rooting for Eddie because he wants the title match. He said he’ll find a way to get a title shot no matter what. Steen was far less effective without his swear words. He called people in the ring a circle of jerks. Jawing between emasculated men in ring. Everyone leaves but Davey, who gets heckled with some overrated chants on his way out.

1. Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander (The New Combination) defeated Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas. Streamers! Proper face-heel reactions mostly, but some cheers for WGTT. New Combo win what was a fun match until Haas was hit in he head with an unprotected chair shot by one of the Briscoes.

Veda entered the ring with a mic and short skirt as the refs checked on Haas with Shelton. The mic didn’t work. New mic for Shelton, who decried chair shots and says Florida will be genocide for anyone with the last name Briscoe or anyone who cheers for them. He sold for a good five minutes as the crowd chanted “Man Up.”

2. Adam Cole defeated Michael Elgin (w/Truth Martini) in a March Mayhem Qualifier. Not a strong reaction for Cole which is surprising. O’Reilly on commentary. Botched interference from Roddy leads to a Cole roll up win in 12. There was an attack after the bell, but Eddie out for the save. A good match, but Cole had trouble getting face heat.

- Intermission. So far tonight, I’ve seen two suicide dives straight on and Cedric Alexander was dumped into the lap of the people to my left.

Taping for March 31

Nigel McGuinness and Kevin Kelly were in the ring to start. They announced O’Reilly vs. Ciampa, and Bennett vs. someone for last two spots in March Mayhem Tournament. Four-way with the winner next week (4/7 show which will be taped tonight). Cut to video package.

1. Tommaso Ciampa beat Kyle O’Reilly in a March Mayhem Qualifier. Ciampa did not have a title belt with him either. Boos all around, mostly. Mia looks very nice! O’Reilly wrestling mostly like a face here. Crowd finally gets into him. Ciampa’s offense is outstanding. He’s my favorite. Ciampa won by ref stoppage after a knee knocks out O’Reilly. The Embassy went nuts. A fun 7 minutes. The refs checked on KO like it was a serious, but it’s an obvious work from my angle. The refs dragged him out stumbling.

2. Davey Richards defeated Ryan McBride in a Proving Ground match. Davey had his IWGP Tag Title. More of a positive reaction here. There was a huge “Let’s go Ryan” chant early because he was announced as a local, which is true because he’s also a regular in CZW. McBride tapped in less than 30 seconds to boos. Handshake afterwards.

- Kelly was in the ring for a Kevin Steen interview. Every time Kelly is in the ring alone, it’s Steen. Out with racket, serves a streamer like a tennis ball after a second try. Steen requested interview asking why ROH does everything they can to prevent him from wrestling on the show. Steen is doing straight comedy. Kelly says he’s a risk to his opponents and doesn’t stop beating him up. Now he’s playing to the crowd as a face, calling us fine people he wants to wrestle for. Says someone is either holding Davey back from facing him,

Davey can’t hear him because of his cauliflower ears, or can’t hear because his head is up Cornette’s ass.Davey and Cornette out. Says Steen is a novelty act or in his third trimester. Crowd chants let them fight. Cornette tries to tell Davey not to buy into Steen. Steen says Cornette should ban the ankle lock like he did the piledriver. Davey says he’ll shove the piledriver up Steen’s ass. Steen asks if Davey’s balls had been in Cornette’s pocket. Davey slaps Steen. Steen laughs and leaves as crowd chants “Kill Steen Kill.”

Davey argues in ring with Cornette, asks if crowd wants him and Steen. Cornette and Davey argue on the way out.

3. Mike Bennett (w/Maria & #WhyNotBob) defeated Eddie Edwards in the Final March Mayhem Qualifier. Good face heel dynamic. Boston vs. Boston! Eddie was cut on his back when Bob gave him a backdrop on the railing. Eddie got his revenge on Bob with a big dive. Lots of back and forth. Bennett won a very good 13 minute match after Maria oversold a bump on the apron from Eddie and the ref is distracted. Eddie got a massive post-match reaction for being a legit tough motherf—er. Four very visible bloody lines on his back, and he bumped on them the whole match.

Taping for April 7

1. The Young Bucks defeated TJ Perkins & Shiloh Jonze. No one knows Shiloh, but the Bucks are stars. Also, the technical lighting seems to have improved. The Bucks were screaming like girls both on offense and defense and it’s hilarious, but Shiloh took everything so they’re not getting heel heat. TJ entered and spiced up the match. Bucks are a little too cartoonish when selling. The Bucks won with More Bang for Your Buck. Seven minutes of good action, but the heat was kind of missing. The Bucks shook only each other’s hands before and after match.

2. Mike Mondo beat Matt Taven. A small, polite reaction for Taven. Streamers! They started off like guys who are feuding, which is nice. Mikey landed wrong and had a leg injury. He took off his left boot on the outside, but it’s a fake out! He rammed Taven into the barriers like a dozen times hard, then ran around in the ring with one sock and one boot. What a heel! Back to work and Taven destroyed Mondo by throwing him into the barrier. The girl sitting behind the barrier ran like halfway across the section. Hilarious. These guys continue to kIll each other, getting “this is awesome” chants because it was. Mondo won by reversing a flying move from Taven into a Downward Spiral. Both left to massive “that was awesome” chant. Six crazy fun minutes, and these guys will be remembered next month.

3. Tommaso Ciampa defeated Adam Cole, Jay Lethal, and Mike Bennett (all with all their usual crews). Maria and Mia in the same match. This is the climax of March Mayhem. Cole mouthed $24,000 to the camera, which may be the prize. Lethal tried to go after Ciampa but was stopped. Nice reaction for Cole, Ciampa is popular, boos for Bennett, big reaction for Lethal. $24,000 is indeed the prize. People have to tag in here.

Lethal started going hard after Ciampa. Lots of moving parts to this one, as Bennett’s crew and the Embassy are jawing too. Cole dove onto everyone on the outside, but was taken out of action on the outside by Bennett. Lethal eliminated Bennett with Lethal Injection but was immediately eliminated by Ciampa with a knee to the head. It came down to Ciampa against an injured Cole.

Huge knees to Cole in the corner but he comes back with a superkick. Ciampa hits Cole with Sheamus’ White Noise [Air Raid Crash] on the outside for a good nearfall. Cole eventually gets Ciampa in a really over read naked choke, but Ciampa gets his arm up on the third check. Ciampa won with Project Ciampa clean as Lethal was held back in the entryway. Really fun 14 minutes.

- Veda presented the check, but Prince Nana took it and sang, “We In The Money.” RD Evans says the $24,000 far exceeds the investors’ expectations. It felt like a crowning moment.

Dark Match

1. Jay Briscoe, Mark Briscoe, and Papa Mike “Big Man” Briscoe (w/a fat guy) beat Roderick Strong, Michael Elgin, and Truth Martini. Truth taunted Papa about saying he had a pretty mouth. Mark vs. Roddy to start. Papa is saying stuff like “yeah chicky.” Elgin entered to work over Mark, then Truth in and Mark plays possum as Truth goes to the top. Mark gets up and Truth bails. Mark tagged in Papa, and Truth tagged in Elgin. Papa tagged in Jay, who called Truth a pussy. Papa eventually got some licks in on Elgin, but mostly Jay vs. Elgin. There was some heel interference on the outside from Roddy, and Truth had Jay in peril.

Mark tagged in and cleaned house. Eventually, Papa got the tag and he speared Elgin, and chokeslammed Roddy. The Briscoes took out Elgin and Roddy on the outside, and Papa pinned Truth after a Stone Cold Stunner. Fun as f—, probably like 10 minutes.
