Backstage Update: Alberto Del Rio’s WWE Future
By Ryan Clark on August 23, 2012
As we’ve noted here on the website, Alberto Del Rio has previously talked about planning to retire in the next few years. In an update on this, he stated in a recent interview that he would love to stay with WWE for another 10-15 years, as long as WWE has a use for him.
Going forward, Del Rio is booked in 3-way matches with Sheamus and Randy Orton at WWE’s upcoming SmackDown brand live events.
As previously reported, Orton will soon be taking time off to film 12 Rounds: Reloaded.
