Final Battle News: New Title Debuts, Injuries & Results

– BJ Whitmer is said to be doing OK despite taking an insane bump at ROH Final Battle 2012. Whitmer is said to be pretty banged up but OK.

– El Generico is also said to be OK following several brutal bumps in the Ladder War main event at ROH Final Battle.

– Here are the quick results from ROH’s Final Battle 2012 from the Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC:

* Roderick Strong defeated Michael Elgin via pin.
* Jay Lethal defeated Rhino via pin.
* RD Evans defeated Prince Nana via pin.
* Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas defeated Rhett Titus & BJ Whitmer in a Street Fight via pin (Whitmer took a nasty belly to belly suplex through a table but is said to be alright).
* Mike Bennett defeated Jerry Lynn via pin. This was Jerry Lynn’s final match in ROH.
* The American Wolves defeated Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish by submission.
* ROH TV Title Match: Matt Hardy defeated Adam Cole via pin.
* ROH Tag Team Title Match: The Briscoes defeated Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander and SCUM via pin.
* ROH World Title Match: Kevin Steen defeated El Generico in a Ladder Match.
