The results of the EVOLVE del Mayo event, which was held yesterday in New York City in conjunction with Rocks Off’s Cinco Del Mayo festival:

*King Mega defeated Ryan The Adrenaline Rush and Spyder after a chokeslam on Spyder

*DJ Phat Pat and Francis Kipland Stevens III defeated Style and Finese after a neck breaker splash combo

*The Big O defeated Big Juicy Justin Corino after a spine buster

*Alex Reynolds beat Pinkie Sanchez with a modified Fishermans brain buster

*Azrieal defeated Stockade by DQ in a quick match when The Order of the Black attacked Azrieal. Bandido Jr. and Matt Justice made the save leading to…

*The Order of the Black (Stockade, Apollyon, and Rex Lawless) beat Bandido Jr. & Azriel & Matt Justice after Apollyon KO’d Bandido Jr with a foreign object

*Shane Strickland and Latin Dragon defeated Young Money (Nate Carter, DMC) after Strickland 450 off the top rope.

*Braydon Knight and Marti Belle defeated Ricky Cataldo and Nicky Syxx.

The show, which was part of the larger festival, featured one match an hour and was a really fun atmosphere outdoors on Pier 81 in NYC….The wrestling aspect was covered today in the New York Daily News….Much of the talent was from the Long Island-based NYWC, which Gabe Sapolsky raved about working with.
