Backstage News – Three Former WWE Stars To TNA

– According to sources, Josh Matthews was introduced to many of the TNA talents backstage at the recent iMPACT! tapings in New York City. With that being said, many within TNA wouldn’t be surprised to see him debut with the company in the near future, likely once his WWE “no compete” clause expires. Many are under the impression that a deal between the two sides is already in place.

– Also on Thursday night’s TNA iMPACT! broadcast, former WWE Superstars Gene Snitsky and Ezekiel Jackson made their official TNA debuts, The two attacked Tommy Dreamer and Team 3D as they sided with Dixie Carter’s faction of Ethan Carter III, Rhino and Rockstar Spud.

– Following Thursday night’s TNA iMPACT! broadcast, Matt Hardy tweeted the following regarding TNA’s current tag-team division:

“Take a look at @IMPACTWRESTLING’s tag division. Hardy Boyz, Team 3D, The Wolves, Bromans, Magnus & Bram. Tag Team wrestling is alive at TNA!”

  1. some guy says:

Josh Matthews will be apart of the commentators team or backstage interviewer. If they put him in the ring then its just for the X Division. Speaking of tag teams, WWE has more teams & the division is not as strong as it was last year.

  2. Nas says:

The one thing TNA has over the WWE is the tag team division. But still, WWE > TNA anyday
