The following is from

TNA Wrestling’s flagship show “Impact Wrestling” could soon be without a home — Spike TV quietly let the league know it’s not renewing their TV contract … TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge of the deal … tell us Spike execs contacted TNA President Dixie Carter this week to break the news — and the following day Carter informed members of her inner circle.

TNA’s current deal with Spike reportedly runs through October. It’s unclear at this point when “Impact Wrestling” will stop airing on Spike.

We’re told there’s no bad blood, and Spike gave TNA such advance notice so it would have time to shop for a new TV deal.

TNA’s show debuted on Spike TV in October 2005 — and helped the league rise to #2 on the wrestling scene … behind the WWE.

We’ve called TNA and Spike for comment … so far, no word back.

With my hatred for TNA and their fans…..this is the happiest day ever!!!!

    Where you at Creature?

    • ViciousVR says:

He is crying in a corner, clutching his jeff hardy action figure, hoping that this is a nightmare. Lol

He’s trying to take out a loan to keep TNA’s doors open. Here’s an idea, this is amazing… TNA is bleeding money left and right… LET’S MAKE A PPV FREE ON SPIKE INSTEAD OF MAKING MONEY OFF OF IT! Then again it’s not like people would have bought it anyway. Is it me or is Dixie Carter trolling TNA? Can’t you just see her going into a board room yelling “LEEEEEEEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOY AHHHHHH…JENKIIIIIIIINS”. No you can’t. But that would be awesome.

Okay, I’ll admit that I don’t watch TNA when it airs. I don’t even know what channel Spike is bc the network is derpy. i DO however watch Impact on my free on-demand through my cable service with friends and we laugh at the terrible. Idk if you’ve seen this crap lately but TNA is like watching WWE in slow-motion. How is it possible they are moving that slow live? Do they practice it? Here’s why TNA is lame sauce… EC3. Seriously. That dude is the worst. The last episode I watched he cut a promo on Bully and Dreamer where he called Bully a silly goose. WHAT!? Burn Ethan. Burn. Good thing AJ got the hell out.

Great no more Creature for a good while!!!!!

    • Necro Botcher says:

      They didn’t fail hard enough.

      • Calvin says:

        It’s a great start! Lol

        Did the Torch eliminate comments?

      • Calvin says:

Are the comments gone from the Torch site?

        • Necro Botcher says:

          Yeah. :/

Who cares, though. Mark and his stupid TNA prag brethren have been defeated.

No wrestling company in the world can survive (unless they are an indy) without a national TV deal.

That’s what killed WCCW, AWA, ECW, and so many others. TNA is finished. He’s lost.

My only regret is I can’t laugh in his face, but the whole wrestling is rejoicing right now and I’m sure that’s enough to drive him batty.

          • Calvin says:

Ok cool, I was just making sure I didnt get banned or something.

Mark probably already committed suicide so Im sure we aren’t missing much.

Im just happy to be rejoicing with the rest of you wrestling fans!

  2. VKM says:

Gee, Who on Earth could have predicted that when Hogan, and Sting were gone Spike tv would have cancelled tna?

  3. Bo-leave says:

WWE fan here who is sad about this. Despite really only being a fan of Velvet Sky on that show I did like the idea of WWE having a threat to up their game though they never reached that level. Hopefully they get another deal.

    • BeastieRunner says:

ROH or NJPW (since going global) or even AAA are more of a “threat.”

    • o.O says:

Lol that’s adorable… You considered TNA a threat. My morning bowel movement is more of a threat to WWE than TNA… AND it gets higher ratings than impact.

I will give TNA at least one bit of kudos. Their women wrestlers are vastly superior to WWE Divas.

  4. Chisox4ever says:

I know TNA is having getting dropped from Spike sucks for them but they can get another TV deal if they just Bo-lieve

  5. Nas says:

Looks like WWE is staying pg since they are without a rival
