Confusion Over TNA’s Wedding, Why Taz Turned Heel

– Despite the fact that they were never pronounced husband and wife during their iMPACT! segment, TNA storylines are considering Bully Ray and Brooke Hogan married. There was a lot of confusion backstage as to whether they were married due to the Aces and 8s beatdown that interrupted the ceremony, with even Hulk Hogan tweeting that the “wedding came to an immediate halt, thank God.”

– TNA turned Taz heel for two reasons: to have a surprise person break up the wedding and to give Aces and 8s someone with strong mic skills. Of course, the problem is that he cannot do anything physical due to his long-standing neck injury.

    They have been teasing it as Hulk Hogan being a protective parent and disliking the man her daughter loves, because he wants the best for her. However, it will later be revealed that the real reason Hulk Hogan was against the marriage is because he secretly lusts for his daughter. This will bring in the leaked photos of Hulk rubbing lotion on Brooke’s butt, the recent tweeted photos of Brooke’s legs and Hulk’s real wife that is the same age and looks identical to Brooke. This will culminate into a nasty love triangle that will lead into a match between Hulk Hogan and Bully Ray at Bound for Glory with the stipulation being if Bully Ray wins, Hulk Hogan is out of Brooke’s life forever, but if Hulk Hogan wins, then Bully Ray and Brooke must get a divorce.

    Maybe someone here can explain this to me: Why is Taz apart of commentary still? Hogan is GM so why not remove Taz from that spot? (if Taz explained this in the interview the week following the wedding I did not see it)

      Taz stated that he had an “ironclad” contract that basically stated that he couldn’t be touched.

      How did they steal the idea? It’s the first time I’ve seen a wedding with a GM’s daughter that has been ruined by a rebellious group. What organization has done that before?
