Hulk Hogan was asked on Twitter about recent comments that Bret Hart made about him and had a few choice words of his own. When asked about it, Hogan replied on Twitter:

“feel bad for Brett he sends out the old, bitter, tired vibe, hopefully he will have a happy life from this point foward HH”

Well, there’s no question that Bret is bitter; then again, I would be to if I had half the horrible luck he has had in the past 16 years. He bad mouths everyone, but, that’s his choice. I never really thought much of him one way or another. Just didn’t have half the charisma of a Flair, Hogan, Austin, Michaels, etc.. Honestly, if you can’t talk, how do you expect to build a rapport with the audience? The coolest thing I liked about Brett, is when he put the figure four on an opponent hanging on the outside with their legs wrapped around the ring post, that was pretty bad ass.

Hogan’s right: Hart is bitter and needs to make peace with himself. It’s too bad, but what can you do?

Hart is right hogan doesn’t know how to make anyone but hogan unless you count giving abyss his magic ring with super hulk powers.

wpm131: It’s not a question of whether he’s right. I agree that Hogan’s appeal is expired and doesn’t know how to get over newer guys. What I was referring to was Bret’s general attitude, or how it comes across anyway. He just holds so much resentment, and it’s sad that he does.

I don’t think its sad, I think its cool that he has the balls to say that stuff, and I believe that anyone with the last name hogan or bitchoff takes away from the product and has nothing to offer.

I second the opinion on Hogan and Bischoff. I also agree that it’s cool that some wrestlers have the courage to speak their minds. But sometimes Hart just seems bitter. I guess we’ll agree to disagree.

I don’t know you might be right but when I think of being bitter I think of an old man that hates everything and feels like I would kill him to smile.

  • Phil

And is it just me, or does the Wrestle Talk interview seem like a suck-up douche?

Nothing new. Bret has felt this way about Hogan & Bischoff for quite some time. Is he old? Yeah. Is he bitter? Yeah over his career coming to a screeching hault before his planned retirement age. This is just his opinion & how he feels so Hogan shouldn’t comment back. Hogan should worry more about managing TNA than how other wrestlers from his era feels.

If he was bitter he would be bashing everyone and not saying that Styles is good and needs to go to wwe. If he was bitter he would say that none of the wrestlers are any good, he was better than all the current guys and I’m sure he wouldn’t watch or have anything to do with it. Guys that are bitter don’t help younger guys they hate them.

Regardless of how you feel about either man, neither have been relevant to the industry in over 10 years.
