Juggalos Cost Money, Early iMPACT! Preview, Rewind

– The Southern newspaper has published a report on how much the annual Gathering of the Juggalos event costs Hardin County, Illinois. Local officials have estimated the cost was over $10,000 last year to cover expenses, including law enforcement, ambulances for injuries and sickness and other costs associated with 10,000 fans at the event. A bill was proposed to tax Juggalos on ticket prices but it has not been approved yet. Local officials feel they are better prepared to handle this event. This year will feature Ric Flair as Main Stage host. Hardin County Board Chairman Wayne Eichorn said: “The good news is we’ve dealt with this for a few years now, and we’ve gotten a lot better at planning, and it doesn’t cost us like it used to.”
