– As we noted earlier here on the website, TNA Wrestling star Kurt Angle will serve as a member of the broadcast team for the debut event of mixed martial arts organization World Series of Fighting airing Nov. 3 on NBC Sports Network. The legendary grappler will serve as an analyst alongside veteran combat-sports broadcaster Michael Schiavello and mixed martial arts legenday Bas Rutten. The event, which takes place at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, will feature former WWE and TNA Wrestling star Bobby Lashley. Angle wanted to announced for NBC for the wrestling competition in the 2012 Olympics but wasn’t chosen.
– This week’s featured match on TNA Xplosion on Challenge pits Christopher Daniels against Garett Bischoff.
– Former TNA Knockout Lacey Von Erich gave birth to a boy last week following twenty hours of labor. She tweeted, “My beautiful baby boy was born 8/30/12 at 5:32pm! 20 hours of labor! Ouch! Home, happy, and healthy now!
