More On Generico’s Unmasked Gimmick + NXT Stable
By Ryan Clark on March 8, 2013
– Following the fourth quarter financial results, WWE’s stock was downgraded to “neutral” by investment firm Roth Capital.
– WWE’s NXT Developmental group debuts in Georgia tonight. NXT champion Big E. Langston, Brad Maddox, and Mason Ryan are advertised for the show, but Langston may not be there as he is advertised for Friday’s main-roster WWE Raw house show in Colorado.
– As noted late last night here on the website, former independent wrestling star El Generico officially debuted at the WWE NXT event on Thursday in Tampa in a tag team match. Generico went under the new ring name Remi Sebai and worked without a mask. He teamed with Kassius Ohno against the Wyatt Family. He still remains unlisted on the official NXT roster page.
Generico first showed up in NXT at an event in Tampa on 2/14 in the corner of Brodus Clay. He was wearing his old mask and attire during that appearance.
