– WWE will hold a SmackDown taping in Bridgeport, Connecticut at Webster Bank Arena on Tuesday, December 11. Ticketmaster.com is holding a pre-sale with the code WWEBridgeport.
– On Sept. 30, SmackDown ring announcer and songstress Lilian Garcia will perform during halftime at Metlife Stadium – the site of WrestleMania XXIX – when the New York Jets take on the San Francisco 49ers. Garcia was at the Jets’ facility in New Jersey on Monday doing media and rehearsing for the appearance.
