Report: WWE In Panic Mode Over RAW Rating

WWE is reportedly alarmed at the low rating that RAW received this week. The show did a 2.7 cable rating, the lowest number of the year, and the big topic of discussion in the company was that as opposed to Randy Orton’s suspension.

While the rating was hurt by several factors including Memorial Day, the record-breaking debut of Hatfields & McCoys and the NBA playoffs, officials were reportedly concerned that the CM Punk/Daniel Bryan match lost viewers and that the Alberto Del Rio/Santino Marella match was the lowest quarter hour rating that the show has had in years.

    When I was still a fan there’s no way I would have missed raw to watch any mini series or playoffs but now I’d rather watch cutlery corner than raw. And hey wwe when are you gonna get it thrue your thick head that it’s not the matches that make people tune out it’s listening to that stupid michael cole, you will take the belts off people and switch everything around but your too stupid to get rid of the true problem. You’ve made me hate your show by keeping him on it so I’m very pleased to see your numbers tank hahahahahahaha!!!!!! Hahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!

    I honestly don’t hate Cole as much as I used to, they’ve changed what he says and it’s not nearly as annoying. He’s still no comparison to JR, but who is?

    I do not believe that it has anything to do with Cole. It has everything to do with the story lines. Look at the story lines 10 years ago comparedto the ones today. Heck 10 years ago you talked all week about watching Raw to see what was going to happen now it is nothing like that. Once thewy got rid of the attitude ERA thats when wrestling started to decline.
