WWE Australian Tour Days Two & Three Results

Here is Austin Calet’s report of the 8/31 show in Brisbane.

Brodus Clay beat Jack Swagger.

Zack Ryder beat Daniel Bryan. You read that correctly.

The Miz beat Alex Riley to retain the Intercontinental Title. It was really good. Hopefully the producers were watching Riley.

Maybe not because Tensai laid him out after the match.

Kofi Kingston and R-Truth beat Primo and Epico (with Rosa Mendes) to retain the WWE Tag Team Titles.

Layla beat Rosa Mendes to retain the WWE Divas Title.

Santino Marella beat David Otunga to retain the US Title.

Tensai attacked Santino. Then Clay, Ryder, Truth and Kofi made the save and they laid out Tensai.

C.M. Punk beat John Cena and Big Show in a Triple Threat match to retain the WWE Championship.

John Laurinaitis got laid out afterwards.

Here is Nathan De Maio’s report from the 9/1 show in Melbourne.
Opening match was Clay vs. Swagger. Clay won.

Layla beat Rosa Mendes to retain the WWE Divas Title.

The Miz beat Alex Riley to retain the Intercontinental Title. Miz did some mic work before match.

Zack Ryder beat Tensai.

Kofi Kingston and R-Truth beat Primo and Epico (with Rosa Mendes) to retain the WWE Tag Team Titles. The ref counted to three while Kofi’s leg was on rope. AJ came out and restarted match and the champs won.

Santino Marella beat David Otunga to retain the US Title.

CM Punk beat Daniel Bryan to retain the WWE Title. There were lots of “Yes” and “Goat face” chants.

The main event was John Cena vs. The Big Show, with Big Johnny. Cena won.
